Blessed Hands was founded by a dedicated caregiver with a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. With years of experience serving children, youth, and adults with diverse needs, we deliver high-quality, person-centered care rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect.

Our team believes every person deserves to live as independently as possible while feeling safe, supported, and connected to their community. We partner with individuals, families, and case managers to design supports that truly fit each person’s goals and daily life.
